This video introduces some additional mobility tools to use to effectively mobilize your calves, hamstrings and glutes.
POINTS OF PERFORMANCE:
1. Ease in to your tighter spots – contract and relax will help the tissue submit.
2. DO NOT roll out any joints or boney processes.
3. Alter tools to find out what works best for the tissue you are targeting. A rule of thumb, the more local or specific the area, the small the tool you will need to access the troubled area.
