The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased on this website, through Red H Nutrition.com.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Cost refunded will be equal to the purchase price, including any applicable shipping and/or taxes.
*Please Note: All refunds are subject to a $1 re-stocking fee. That fee may be waived at our discretion.
Red H Nutrition IS NOT responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages.
99.9% of our orders make it to their destination without a problem, however we know that this added confidence can be a benefit for our customers!
If your package has not arrived and/or arrived damaged, please contact your local USPS to file a claim.
If you try our supplement(s) and absolutely feel they didn't meet your expectations, we will gladly issue you a full refund!
Doesn't matter if you tried one day, or finished the bottle.
Although for most orders we will not require you to send your product back, if you ordered multiple bottles of a product, we reserve the right to request you send back your unused bottles before we issue a refund.

Include your order #, a brief description of your reason for refund and we will take care of your refund.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your request, and you should see a refund back in your account within 3-5 business days (bank dependent).
Please be aware, we take refunds seriously.
We believe in our supplements and want to make sure we do everything we can do prevent a total refund and unsatisfied customer.
If we feel a customer is, or has been abusing our refund policy, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.
All refund claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date – absolutely no exceptions.
All subscriptions are on a re-curring, automatic renewed basis. You can cancel at anytime by logging into your account.
If you need to cancel your subscription, please log into your account. You can also suspend, swap and change products out from your account page, too.
Subscriptions may be canceled and refunded as long as that shipment has not gone out yet.
If a subscription order is placed, and the product has been shipped, no refund will be provided.
You may cancel and/or change subscription(s) within 12 hours of each month's order billing cycle. View your account to do so.
*All subscriptions require an initial 2 month commitment before cancellation.*
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
