Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased on this website, through Red H Nutrition.com.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Red H Nutrition LLC, 8811 Webster Plz, Omaha, NE.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Red H Nutrition® Co., accessible from https://redhnutrition.com
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Conditions for Exchanges & Refunds
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange or return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were delivered to the address on order within 30 days
The following Goods cannot be refunded:
- Accessories (Shakers, Catalogs, Scoops, etc.)
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Cost refunded will be equal to the purchase price, including any applicable shipping and/or taxes.
*At this time, we ONLY offer exchanges on items purchased through our wholesale, pro shops and/or affiliate partners (no refunds).*
30-Day Exchange/Refund Policy
Red H Nutrition policy is valid from 30 days when you receive your package.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges can be made on open items and or items that have half the bottle still remaining, depending upon inspection.
Please be aware, we take returns, exchanges and refunds seriously.
We believe in our supplements and want to make sure we do everything we can do prevent a total refund and unsatisfied customer.
If we feel a customer is, or has been abusing our refund policy, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.
All return claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date – absolutely no exceptions.
To initiate an exchange/return please send us an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org” including your:
1. Order Number
2. Product(s) unsatisfied with
3. Reason for dissatisfaction
4. Items wanting to exchange for (if applicable)
Exchanges and/or Refunds will start once we get the original package back. The customer will pay for return shipping, however, if exchange/refund is approved, that shipping cost will be refunded to customer in form of a store credit (for exchanges) or original payment method (refund).
Once your return is received by our Warehouse Manager, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your exchange and/or refund will be processed.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Partial refunds deemed applicable by Red H Nutrition discretion
– Your order contains delayed item(s) past the shipping timeframe
All subscriptions are on a re-curring, automatic renewed basis. You can cancel at anytime after your initial 2-month commitment by logging into your account.
Subscriptions may be canceled and refunded as long as that shipment has not gone out into shipping yet.
If a subscription order is placed, and the product has been shipped, no refund will be provided.
You may cancel and/or change subscription(s) within 12 hours of each month’s order billing cycle. View your account to do so.
*All subscriptions require an initial 2 month commitment before cancellation.*
We ship on every Monday and Friday, unless that day falls on a Federal Holiday. In that case, we will ship the next business day.
Red H Nutrition offers local delivery to most OMAHA, NE addresses.
Any addresses outside of our delivery area will default to shipping.
All local drop offs are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, by 8pm. If that date falls on a Federal Holiday, packages will be delivered the next business day.
If we are unable to deliver to a live person at the address, Packages are placed in a secure area on your porch and pictures are taken to record and ensure delivery.
Red H Nutrition is not responsible for any lost or stolen local delivery packages when customer choose local delivery option.
At our discretion, we do not provide refunds for products damaged in shipping. We may be able to offer an exchange, however.
If you need to exchange it for the different item, send us an email at “email@example.com” and please be sure to include a picture of the damaged package and supplements.
We offer FREE shipping and tracking on all our orders!
99.9% of our orders make it to their destination without a problem, however we know that this added confidence can be a benefit for our customers!
If your package has not arrived and/or arrived damaged, please contact your local USPS to file a claim.
Red H Nutrition IS NOT responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages.
Although we offer FREE shipping on all orders, if an order is sent back to our warehouse for an invalid address, incomplete address, vacant address or any other reason where the USPS/UPS deems it unable or unsafe to deliver, the customer will be charged for re-sending package.
If customer wishes to cancel order, the order can be refunded minus any processing fees associated with the order.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
